Before starting with the troubleshooting, we expect you have checked the existing manuals regarding setup and configuration of Document Warehouse integration.
When a user receives an error message “Document management: unauthorized” during archiving of a document or to setup a document template for the Output Management solution.
Is the URL filled in properly in the 9A Document Management parameters? Correct URL: HTTPS://raptor.adultimagroup.com/apigateway
Is the external system filled in properly in the 9A Document Management parameters? If no – find the external system in the CnC documentation or ask the Raptor product team
Is the seret key filled in properly in the 9A Document Management parameters? If no – find the secret key in the CCR or regenerate secret key in Raptor
Is the used service account filled in properly in the 9A Document Management parameters? If no – find the used service account and fill it.
The used service account exists in Document Warehouse as user? If no – add the service account to the users in FO for sync or add the service account manually in Document Warehouse
Have the service account rights for access to tags, templates, PDF creation,… If no – add correct rights for the used service account
Still unauthorized, escalate it to the servicedesk or the Raptor product team.
Starting with the 10.2024.3.1 release, you can now validate your Data Management export projects against the Raptor Document Warehouse. This feature allows you to identify any missing entity configurations in the Raptor Warehouse.
To perform the validation:
Navigate to the Document Warehouse menu within a specific export Data Management project.
Run the validation process to detect and address any gaps in entity configurations for seamless integration.
Any missing data entities in the Raptor Document Warehouse will be displayed in the Infolog. This allows system administrators to easily identify and add the missing data entities to the Raptor Document Warehouse, ensuring the integration is complete and fully functional.
In case when you want to print PDF documents, an Installation of Adobe Acrobat DC Is necessary on the same server where the Document Routing Agent client Is running. Please keep It mind the sign-In dialog should be disabled with some changes In the registry to avoid that the sign-In dialog will open from time to time. When these changes are done In the registry, no reboot Is necessary.
Add the next values bSuppressSignOut (DWORD) and bToggleAdobeSign (DWORD) In the FeatureLockDown folder.
Add cServices folder and value bUpdater - DWORD
