Set up Raptor credentials

Settings for Raptor can be configured from the 'Ex Arte Raptor' App (only visible to administrators or people with the user role 'Raptor Administrator'.
After this section is completed, CE should be able to connect with the document warehouse.
Go to the document warehouse configuration page, and create a new external system. Give it a name that clearly indicates what application is referenced. For example the base url of the CE application can be used: cust-acc.crm4.dynamics.com
Prerequisites:
Make sure you created an External system for the CE environment in the Document Warehouse. Copy the External System ID
, and the Secret
.
Next link a service account to this external system, and set the "external user name" to the email of an admin user in CE.
First go to the Raptor section:
Under "Set Up Raptor Credentials" you fill in the URL to the Raptor API (https://raptor.adultimagroup.com/apigateway) and the external system ID and secret from the prerequisites.
Click Validate to verify the credentials. If everything is correct, it should work and show a green banner. If an error is shown, the issue will probably be a mismatch between the email address of the "on behalf of" user does not match the external user id as linked to the external system in the document warehouse.
