9A Raptor DWH Parameters

The 9A Raptor Document Warehouse parameters view allows an administrator to manage all configuration related to Raptor. It can be accessed via 9A Raptor DWH > Setup > 9A Raptor DWH parameters.

Starting with the release of 9A Raptor DWH 10.2021.10.1, Azure Key Vault is supported for storing secret keys and passwords for integrations. This documentation provides details on setting up Azure Key Vault in D365 F&O. For more information on specific integrations, refer to related documentation.

  • ContextManagement: Secret key for access to 9A Raptor DWH.

  • OutputManagementDox42: Client secret for the Dox42 Azure App registration.

  • OutputManagementDox42User: Password of the user account linked to Dox42.

  • OutputManagementSmartFlows: API key for access to SmartFlows.

  • ProcessManagementAgilePointUser: Password of the user account linked to AgilePoint.

Activating Azure Key Vault Integration in 9A Raptor DWH

After onboarding, an external system and secret key are provided for the F&O environment. The URL remains the same for all customers, as 9A Raptor DWH operates as a single multitenant environment.

For standard D365FO flows, documents attached through document handling (e.g., from a sales order) are automatically copied to related records like sales order confirmation journals or sales order invoice journals. When this parameter is enabled, documents that aren’t directly added to document handling but are available in the 9A Raptor DWH will be searched and tagged with the appropriate label (e.g., sales order confirmation, invoice, etc.).
