Users

This article describes the Use tab in the Raptor Configuration app.

To allow users to use Raptor from your D365 CE environment, check the following:

  • The user is added in Raptor (Users)

  • The user was assigned the External System configured in the Environment Setup

To grant administrators access to the Raptor Configuration app, go to the Users tab, and set the field 'Is Raptor Admin' to Yes.
